If You Were Fit In‑Store

If our team fitted you in person and you used our in‑store iPad to order a color or style we didn’t have on hand, footwear in good condition may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days, with receipt and original packaging.
A restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Apparel & Accessories

New, unused apparel or accessories in their original packaging with tags attached may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Nutrition Products

For safety and quality reasons, nutrition items cannot be returned.

The running and walking shoes we carry typically range from $140 to $180, with most customers finding their perfect fit around $155. We focus on quality footwear that supports healthy movement, long-term comfort, and injury prevention.

As we like to say, investing in quality shoes means investing in your body—because the right pair truly makes all the difference.

Our stride and gait analysis is a personalized 20–30 minute evaluation designed to help every walker and runner make an educated decision so they can move comfortably and confidently. The service is complimentary with any shoe or orthotic purchase and otherwise valued at $35.

Because this process is thorough, we take our last fitting 30 minutes before closing, and at this time we do not schedule appointments—you’re welcome to stop in whenever it works for you.
